GlamioBook gözəllik ustalarına rezervasiyalarını idarə etməyə, müştərilərə isə onlayn yazılmağa kömək edən xidmətdir. Bu sənəd hansı məlumatları topladığımızı, nə üçün işlətdiyimizi və onları necə silə biləcəyini izah edir.

1. Hansı məlumatları toplayırıq
Usta (tətbiq istifadəçisi):
- telefon nömrəsi — SMS kodu ilə giriş üçün;
- ad və e-poçt ünvanı — yalnız Google və ya Apple hesabı ilə girəndə (Apple ilə girəndə e-poçtu gizlədə bilərsən — onda Apple-ın yönləndirmə ünvanını alırıq);
- ad, müəssisənin adı, növü, əlaqə nömrəsi və ünvanı (yazıbsa);
- xidmətlər, qiymətlər, iş qrafiki, bağlı günlər;
- iş nümunələrinin şəkilləri (modellər) — ustanın özü yükləyir;
- cihazın bildiriş tokeni — yeni rezervasiya haqqında xəbər göndərmək üçün.
Müştəri (ustaya yazılan şəxs):
- ad, telefon nömrəsi və (usta yazıbsa) e-poçt ünvanı;
- rezervasiya: xidmət, tarix, saat, qiymət;
- qeydlər — müştərinin rezervasiyaya yazdığı şərh və ustanın müştəri haqqında qeydləri (məs. allergiya). Usta bu qeydlərə yalnız xidmət üçün lazım olanı yazmalıdır.
Reklam identifikatoru, kontaktlar və ya SMS-lər toplanmır, məkanı biz toplamırıq. Məlumat satılmır və reklam üçün işlədilmir.
Giriş və bildiriş xidmətləri texniki məlumat da emal edir. Google ilə girəndə Google təhlükəsizlik və saxtakarlığın qarşısını almaq üçün təxmini məkanı (IP ünvanına görə) və istifadə məlumatını öz məxfilik siyasətinə uyğun emal edə bilər. Firebase-in giriş və bildiriş xidmətləri işləmək üçün texniki diaqnostika məlumatı (məs. tətbiq quraşdırmasının identifikatoru, xəta məlumatı) toplayır — bu məlumat sənin adınla əlaqələndirilmir.
2. Nə üçün işlədirik
- ustanın hesabını yaratmaq və girişini qorumaq;
- rezervasiya qəbul etmək, boş saatları göstərmək, toqquşmanın qarşısını almaq;
- ustaya yeni və ləğv edilmiş rezervasiya haqqında bildiriş göndərmək;
- ustaya hesabat göstərmək (gəlir, müştəri sayı);
- xidmətin işləməsini və təhlükəsizliyini təmin etmək.
3. Kim görür
Müştərinin məlumatını yalnız yazıldığı usta görür. Ustanın ictimai səhifəsində (ustanın öz linki, məs. …/@ad) yalnız usta özü nəyi açıq edibsə o görünür: müəssisənin adı, xidmətlər, qiymətlər, iş nümunələri və boş saatlar. Müştərilərin siyahısı heç vaxt ictimai deyil.
Məlumatı saxlamaq və işlətmək üçün bu xidmətlərdən istifadə edirik:
- Google Firebase — giriş (SMS kodu və Google hesabı) və bildirişlər;
- Apple — Apple ilə giriş (iPhone). Hesab silinəndə tətbiqin Apple girişinə icazəsi də ləğv olunur;
- Supabase — verilənlər bazası və şəkillərin saxlanması;
- Vercel — veb səhifənin yerləşdirilməsi.
Bu şirkətlər məlumatı yalnız bizim adımıza, xidməti göstərmək üçün emal edir. Qanun tələb etmədikcə məlumatı başqa üçüncü tərəfə vermirik.
4. Qoruma
Bütün əlaqə şifrələnir (HTTPS). Bazada hər usta yalnız öz müəssisəsinin məlumatını görə bilir — bu qayda serverdə məcbur edilir, tətbiqdən asılı deyil.
5. Nə qədər saxlayırıq
- Ustanın məlumatı — hesab silinənə qədər.
- Müştərinin məlumatı — usta onu silənə qədər. Silinəndə keçmiş rezervasiyalar adsız qalır (ustanın gəlir hesabatı pozulmasın), ad, telefon və qeydlər isə silinir.
- Usta hesabını silərsə, müştəriləri və rezervasiyaları da dərhal silinir.
6. Hüquqların
Məlumatına baxmağı, onu düzəltməyi və ya silməyi istəyə bilərsən.
- Usta hesabını tətbiqdə silə bilər: hesabı necə silmək olar.
- Müştəri yazıldığı ustaya müraciət edə bilər — usta onu tətbiqdə silir. Usta cavab vermirsə, bizə yaz: sh9790784@gmail.com. Müraciətə 30 gün ərzində cavab veririk.
7. Uşaqlar
Tətbiq 18 yaşdan yuxarı ustalar üçündür. 16 yaşdan kiçik şəxs rezervasiyanı valideyni ilə birlikdə etməlidir.
8. Dəyişikliklər
Siyasət dəyişərsə, yeni mətn bu səhifədə tarixi ilə dərc olunur. Əhəmiyyətli dəyişikliyi ustalara tətbiqdə də bildiririk.
Bu siyasət Azərbaycan Respublikasının “Fərdi məlumatlar haqqında” Qanununa uyğun tərtib edilib.
Privacy Policy (English)

GlamioBook is a service that helps beauty professionals manage their bookings and lets clients book online. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it and how you can delete it.

1. What data we collect
Professional (app user):
- phone number — to sign in with an SMS code;
- name and email address — only when signing in with Google or Apple (with Apple you can hide your email; we then receive Apple's relay address);
- name, business name, type, contact number and address (if provided);
- services, prices, working hours, days off;
- photos of work samples (designs), uploaded by the professional;
- the device's notification token — to notify about new bookings.
Client (a person booking with a professional):
- name, phone number and (if the professional adds it) email address;
- booking: service, date, time, price;
- notes — the client's comment on a booking and the professional's notes about the client (e.g. allergies). Professionals should record only what is needed for the service.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, contacts or SMS messages, and we do not collect location ourselves. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Sign-in and notification services also process technical data. When you sign in with Google, Google may process approximate location (based on IP address) and usage data for security and fraud prevention under its own privacy policy. Firebase sign-in and notification services collect technical diagnostic data (e.g. an app installation identifier and error data) to operate the service; this data is not linked to your name.
2. Why we use it
- to create the professional's account and protect sign-in;
- to accept bookings, show free time slots and prevent double bookings;
- to notify the professional about new and cancelled bookings;
- to show the professional reports (income, number of clients);
- to keep the service running and secure.
3. Who can see it
Client data is visible only to the professional the client booked with. The professional's public page (their own link, e.g. …/@name) shows only what the professional has made public: business name, services, prices, work samples and free time slots. The client list is never public.
We use these services to store and process data:
- Google Firebase — sign-in (SMS code and Google account) and notifications;
- Apple — Sign in with Apple (iPhone). When an account is deleted, the app's Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked as well;
- Supabase — database and photo storage;
- Vercel — website hosting.
These companies process data only on our behalf to provide the service. We do not share data with other third parties unless required by law.
4. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). In the database, each professional can access only their own business's data — this rule is enforced on the server, independently of the app.
5. How long we keep data
- Professional's data — until the account is deleted.
- Client data — until the professional deletes it. Past bookings then remain anonymous (so the professional's income report stays correct), while the name, phone number and notes are deleted.
- If a professional deletes their account, their clients and bookings are deleted immediately.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data.
- Professionals can delete their account in the app (Profile → Delete account). Details: account deletion (in Azerbaijani).
- Clients can contact the professional they booked with, who can delete them in the app. If the professional does not respond, email us at sh9790784@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The app is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. Persons under 16 should book together with a parent.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new text is published on this page with its date. We also notify professionals in the app about significant changes.
This policy is prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”. In case of any discrepancy, the Azerbaijani version prevails.
